I think the product quality is great, the pin looks awesome! I love the card that it was attached to, the artwork is amazing. I find the plastic packaging a bit annoying however - I think it is unnecessary and wasteful. For a company that makes such a big deal of the "Back to the Wild" special episodes of Call of the Wild, this is a bit disappointing. More could be done to limit the amount of plastic packaging used for your merchandise. For example, a degradable potato starch or paper bag could have been used in place of the plastic as they would have had less on an impact on the environment. The paper bag would also allow for more artwork or a thank you message that the user would enjoy.
